Having the appropriate level of Professional Services assistance is crucial for effectively leveraging the Best Practices and advanced technologies encapsulated in an AssetSmart system. Implementing a new asset management system is a sizable and infrequent undertaking for most organizations, so many key stakeholders are unfamiliar with the numerous detailed tasks involved, and also still have their normal day-to-day duties to uphold. Our Team’s decades of experience supporting real-world implementations augments each customer’s internal functional and technical resources. Training is available for new clients as well as existing users and administrators. Refresher training is strongly recommended in situations where personnel changes or major shifts in system capabilities or technologies have occurred. Training is formal instructor-led classroom style and comes in two types: User (functional) and Technical (administrative). User Training is offered in various standard course segments organized by SMART module, but typically is tailored to the interests and familiarity level of each class group.
